To maintain this the expectation is that though no specific action is taken professional and student staff will attend multiple sports workshops to keep current on rule changes and best practices in the field. Use of technological advances is always expected as is the development of new programs as technology allows |

Skill sets are pass fail and self explanatory. Staff is expected to continually seek to add new programs and stay current in best practices. |
