In 2006, Sam Houston State University created an Online Assessment Tracking Database (OATDB) to provide a platform to enter, track and review assessment efforts. The campus-wide accessibility of OATDB allows all members of the university community the opportunity to access and learn from other units' assessment efforts. Assessment summary reports are available for academic years 2006-2007 and 2007-2008. For each year the five assessment categories referenced in comprehensive standard 3.3.1 (educational programs, administrative units, educational support units, research, and service) link to a page listing the specific programs/units within that category. Clicking on the program/unit will open the unit's OATDB assessment summary report. The report provides a summary of the unit's goals, objectives, indicators, criteria, findings, and actions. |
