| Finding | Tutoring provided During the 2007-2008 academic year, an average of 10.71 students per day received tutoring. The center was open for 116 days and tutored 1,242 students. |
| Action | Increased access During the summer of 2007, the department held limited tutoring hours and had an average of 6.9 students per day receive tutoring. We are doing a similar trial this summer. In addition, the Department has been told a center for Developmental Mathematics will be created. We expect the tutoring center will become part of it. |
