| Finding | Audition procedure finding Enrollment seems to be slightly diminished from the previous academic year. A significant number of students admitted to the BA program chose not to attend . However, students admitted seem to be participating and succeeding in the program in a very positive, and tangibly improved sense, than before. |
| Action | Assess selection process and criteria We need to determine whether our admission standards are appropriate i n order to select students who are motivated to attend SHSU. It seems as if our audition may have intimidated some students who would do well in the program but may have been put off by the pressure imposed on them through the audition |
