| Finding | Recruitment There were 216 candidates seeking certification in 2005-2006. In 2006-2007 there were 279 candidates representing a growth of 63 candidates which is 22.6% growth. |
| Finding | Recruitment The only records on candidates completing the program were from the summer of 2007. Based on those records 27 candidates left the program through eith completion or terminatin for grades. Twenty-four successfully completed certification for an 88.9% completion rate. |
