Actions for Objective:
| Action | Alignment of Curriculum The CACREP self-study will be submitted in 2008. We have reviewed all of the doctoral course syllabi and checked for alignment with CACREP standards. We are modifying course content to more accurately reflect CACREP standards. |

| Each employer of the six CNE graduates from the doctoral program will complete a satisfaciton survey. Associated Goals: Measure Stakeholders' Satisfaction |

| Criteria | Survey of Employers Fifty percent of the employers of CNE program graduates will return completed survey. |

| Indicator | Use Of Employer Satisfaciton Survey Results Director of the doctoral program will use the results of the survey to make programmatic adjustments staying within CACREP standards. |

| Indicator | Prepare Students For Faculty Positions Gaduates of the counselor education doctoral program who choose to pursue a career in higher education will be hired as faculty or administrators in counselor education or related educational fields. |
