GOAL: Staff Development

Objective Conference and Staff Development Attendence
All staff will attend at least one conference or professional development seminar each year.

Completed travel applications and letters of completion by professional staff members and non-exempt staff.
Criteria Staff Development Participation
Three professional staff wil attend a national or state conference within FY 2007, non-exempt staff will attend and complete at least one professional development training event.
Finding Conference and Staff Development Attendance
Four professional staff members attended at least 1 national or state conference in 2007. One non-exempt staff member attended 2 professional staff development sessions. Actions for Objective:

Action Conference and Staff Development Attendence
Contigent upon annual funding future opportunities for staff to participate in conferences will be considered as budget allows. Kimberly Spradlin will be encouraged to attend one or more professional developments.

GOAL: Student Leadership Program Satisfaction

Survey students to determine satisfaction with leadership programs.
Criteria Percentage of Satisfaction
80% of participants will indicate satisfaction with programs.

All (100%) of the participants indicated overall satisfaction with the Freshman Leadership Program.

100% of the participants indicated the scholarship amount awarded was fair.

Participants reported during the focus group that the scholarship informaton was hard to find.
