Finding | Foundational Competence in School Psychology For the students graduating (N=9), 100% of the student taking the PRAXIS Exam passed with a grade of 660 or higher. Of the five test categories: 9/9 passed Category I with a 70 or better; 8/9 passed Cateogry II with a 70 or better; 8/9 passed Category III with a 70 or better; 6/9 passed Category IV with a 70 or better; 9/9 passed Category V with a 70 or better. |
Action | Functional Competence in School Psychology Although overall the performance was quite good, program faculty are reviewing materials tested in Categories III and IV to better present that material prior to taking the test. |

Finding | Impact Personnel Needs Six students graduated with MA degrees in School Psychology in the 2007-08 academic year and 100% of those searching for jobs in the school psychology field are currently working in that field. |

Criteria | Recruitment of Qualified Applicants Minimum of 5 students for each cohort with at least one student from an ethnic minority group. |
Finding | Recruitment of Qualified Applicants The School Psychology Program currently has six (6) entering students for the Fall 2008 academic year. Currently, there are 5 school psychology students in their second year and 7 students in their third year. Of the new cohort, at least one is a minority student. Program administrators continue to seek minority students for this program. |
Action | Recruitment of Qualified Students The criteria were met but the program administrators continue to actively search for more minority candidates. |

Finding | Skill Application Of the graduates, all exceeded the criteria established by the site supervisors. In additon, each individual scored a passing grade on his/her portfolio. |
