Finding | Expected increase in using web pages for business Survey results show that 86.21% of survey respondents are using our current web-based services and 76.6% would like an increase in what services we are able to provide on line. |
Action | Increase web-based housing services Due to survey results, we will work on adding more services on-line. We are currently working on a roommate matching program to be implemented for 2008-09, and will request on-line hall and room transfer requests for the future. |

Finding | Expected success of web-based maintenance reportin Installation of program by Schooldude.com was completed in March. Testing will begin with the summer semesters, with full implementation to occur with the Fall 2008 semester, therefore unable to use the Quality of Life assessment for this year. |
Action | Pursuing web-based maintenance program We have contracted with Schooldude.com to provide web-based services so that students can directly report maintenance concerns on-line. We are going live during Summer Session I and will evaluate at the end of next year. |

Finding | Expected satisfaction with general hall programs Only 45.17 % of the survey respondents said they had attended a hall program. Only 23.64 % responded that the programs increased awareness of social issues and solutions. |
Action | Improvement in Hall Programming As the results implied that less than 60% of our respondents attended and responded favorably to programs provided in the residence halls, we will be reviewing our programming requirements and looking for ways to improve. |

Action | Residence Life Cinema Will renew contract with company and will advertise more aggressively. Will also push use of discussion guides and movies for Sam 136. |
