| Finding | General High Level of Cleaning with Attention Needed in Some Areas Inspections show tasks are generally done on a level above what is expected and in a acceptable time. Inspection reports show we have raised the level of customer service. Attention is needed in some areas of cleaning. |
| Action | Discuss Results with Custodians and Recommend Improvements After discussing the low grade with the custodian, additional training is provided if needed. The building will be re-inspected after the corrections have been made. Continue monitoring all lower than average grades. |

| Criteria | Reduce Irrigation Water Usage 1.5 Percent from 2006-2007 Reduce irrigation water consumption by 1.5 percent below 2006-2007 use. |
| Finding | Z-Reports Increases where due to new landscape enhancement of the New Mall,The Quad, and also The Big Thicket area of campus. Increase usage overall was also due to the lack of rain fall. |
| Action | Implementation of Controls Continue to monitor Z-reports quarterly. Observe the campus grounds more closely. Continue to monitor and update controllers where not installed from previous year. Follow up on keeping optimum performance with new controllers to minimize usauage of irrigation water in order to keep the campus greens. |
