Criteria | TACTS Scores Exceed Undergraduate Scores The average of the TACTS scores will be 10% higher than that of the undergraduate students. |
Finding | TACTS Results A total of 42 graduate student were administered the TACTS instrument in fall 2006 in BAN568, a required class for the MS in Finance program. The graduate students had an average correct of 17.43 versus 13.41 for the undergraduates tested in the same time period. The graduate students'' mean score was 29.98% higher than the undergraduate students'' mean score. |
Action | Assessment of Analytical Skills Graduate students in the MS in Finance program will continue to be assessed using the TACTS instrument each academic year. Comparison of results from year to year will be used to determine if changes in admission requirements or curriculum are needed. |
