Indicator | Elimination of PACE degree audit system Remove PACE degree audit program from our Nell and Sam Menu Systems. |
Criteria | Discontinue use of PACE degree audit software. Proposing that PACE be taken off of the menu thereby forcing faculty/students/staff to adjust to and use DARS. |
Finding | People are using DARS more Training sessions were held and staff began using DARS as their primary degree audit tool. However, we discovered that we were not ready to take PACE down just yet and have made a new target date of next year sometime to take PACE down. |
Action | Taking PACE off the menu Still need to remove PACE from the system menu so that people are using DARS |
Objective | Improve customer satisfaction with Registrar Web Page | |
By revamping the web page, it is expected that people will be more pleased with the appearance and find it easier to navigate. Associated Goals: Enhance Technology |
Indicator | New Registrar Web Page Improve the Registrar web page so that it is more pleasing to the eye and more user friendly. |

Criteria | Email Responses to Registrar Web Page Email responses provide the Registrar''s Office with the needed information to determine whether the web page is providing enough helpful information. |
Finding | Positive Feedback instead of Negative Feedback Fewer negative responses were received. |
Action | Create Registrar List Serve Create a list serv that students can send their questions to and will be received by all staff so that the appropriate staff member can answer. Will also serve to cross train staff. |

Criteria | Less Transferring of Calls The number of calls that are transfered within our own office should decrease. |
Finding | Expectation of Less transferring of calls Our staff are better equipped to handle calls within our own office without having to transfer to a different part of the office. We also developed a list serv for our office that when we respond to an inquiry, we respond to all and everyone in the office gets to see that answer to the question, thereby adding to our cross training experience. |
Action | Offer Professional Development Send more staff to both regional and state conferences and offer professional development during annual office retreat. |
