SUBSEQUENT APPLICATION
A new application for admission must be submitted if the student fails to attend during the semester of admission, fails to attend a Fall or Spring semester, or seeks admission into a different degree program. One of two forms, the Graduate Studies Application for Re-admission or the Graduate Studies Application for Admission, must be submitted. In either case, a second application fee in not required.
The Graduate Studies Application for Re-admission is used if
- the student wishes to continue in the same degree program, and
- the student’s absence from the program has been for less than three years.
The Graduate Studies Application for Admission is used if
- the student wishes to change degree/major sought, degree-seeking status, or certification-seeking status, or
- the student’s absence from the program has been for three years or more.
